• Created analytics reports for the Human Resources Department, including personnel, talent acquisition, and employee evaluation data visited by over a thousand users.

• Generated Ad-hoc reports for the VP of Finance, HR department, and IDB Invest using queries on MS SQL Server database with over one million rows.

• Accomplished increase in user engagement by providing support for analytics dashboards based on the Human Resources Department data.

• Designed, developed, and deployed core utilities for a custom-made Framework written in .NET Framework, C# Javascript using NuGet as a package manager for a team of 8 developers and being more than 20 dashboards.

• Migrated 3 analytics dashboards based on Oracle SQL/.NET Framework to MS SQL Server/.NET Core, including back-end and front-end.

• Designed and developed a modern web architecture for analytics by learning ReactJS in 1 month and Using .NET Core as a microservices API framework to be used by a team of 3 developers.

• Provided user support for a web analytic reporting tool maintaining an SLA of 3 days including but not limited to, dashboard usage, bug fixing, and troubleshooting.

• Data Analytics to create graphics, charts, and reports based on insights and data storytelling for the HR Department on a custom analytics framework similar to Tableau/PowerBI.

• Reduced the bottleneck and time for granting access to the platform by designing and implementing a new framework based on the most common access requests, lowering from 30 to 6 the frequently used profiles.
